Power of the Purse is a “Pursonality” filled event created to unite strong women together to make a difference! Cooke County United Way knows how to host an amazing dinner accessorized with all things ladies love – fabulous food, fun games, entertainment … and of course, purses!
In 2019, The 8th Annual Power of the Purse event was held in Muenster, Texas at Fuhrman Hall. There were over 400 women in attendance and we raised over $31,000 dollars for our 2020 Campaign. The event had over 140 mystery box prizes and over 35 brand new purses awarded to attendees. Still on the Corner Liquor Store and 4R Ranch Vineyard & Winery graciously donate beer and wine for the attendees to enjoy at the event.
